Instructions: 1) Plug machine into a dedicated circuit with no other appliances being plugged into the same outlet as the machine 2) Machine has 3 front switches. LEFT (ON/FREEZE) CENTER (OFF) RIGHT (CLEAN/STANDBY) 3) Mix contents into provided 5 gallon jug. Keep machine in OFF position 4) Turn on machine by switching on LEFT (ON/FREEZE). It takes approximately 1 Hour to freeze. Use the RIGHT (CLEAN/STANDBY) switch when no one is serving drinks to avoid freezing/clogging. Press DOWN to turn on. TOP (POWER BUTTON) BOTTOM LEFT (SPINS MACHINE) BOTTOM RIGHT (FREEZE) 3) Mix contents into provided 5 gallon jug (this produces two batches). Pour Mix into appropriate bowl. Keep machine in OFF position 4) Turn on machine by pressing DOWN on all the buttons. It takes approximately 1 Hour to freeze. Turn off when done 5) To refill mix, make sure the machine isn't empty/low on mix and pour more mix in when machine is half empty
